About US
Choice Dynamics is an Organisation Development (OD) practise based in Switzerland, operating globally across multiple industry sectors and business disciplines.
Our practise offers OD consulting, intervention design, delivery and follow up. Our model is to work closely with the client to gather accurate business, behavioural and organisation context. We then co design the intervention around contracted outcomes. We deliver the work and this may take the form of 1:1, team and group coaching, group leadership development programs and senior leadership advisory/mentoring interventions in support of leader led organisation optimisation.
Our work helps individuals, groups and teams, optimise to the best versions of themselves individually and collectively with greater frequency than they will have found before.
